Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of training facilitators and specialists to ensure smooth and efficient program execution.
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to ensure all employees meet regulatory and compliance-related training requirements.
Maintain and manage training records, materials, and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in training methodologies, technologies, and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in training, development, or a similar supervisory role.
Strong understanding of instructional design, training methodologies, and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
