Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Description : Training Needs Assessment:
o Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training and development needs of employees.
o Collaborate with managers and team leaders to understand specific skill gaps and performance
issues.

Program Design and Development:

o Design and develop training programs, including materials, manuals, and other resources.
o Create engaging and interactive training content using various instructional methods.

Training Delivery:

o Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
o Use a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

Evaluation and Feedback:

o Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback.
o Analyze training outcomes and make improvements to enhance effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement:

o Implement new training methods and technologies to improve learning experiences.

Compliance and Documentation:

o Ensure all training programs comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
