Training Specialist
Job Description:
Training Needs Assessment:
? Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training and development needs of employees.
? Collaborate with managers and team leaders to understand specific skill gaps and performance issues.
Program Design and Development:
? Design and develop training programs, including materials, manuals, and other resources.
? Create engaging and interactive training content using various instructional methods.
Training Delivery:
? Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.
? Use a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
Evaluation and Feedback:
? Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback.
? Analyze training outcomes and make improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:
? Implement new training methods and technologies to improve learning experiences.
Compliance and Documentation:
? Ensure all training programs comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
? Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
? Focused on assessing applicants for training is responsible for evaluating the skills, knowledge, and competencies of potential training participants.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
? Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
? Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
? Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Offer: P18,000.00

Work Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm
