Training Specialist(Bpo)

Evaluate trainees' performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in trainees.
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Develop onboarding programs for new agents.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods.
**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years experience as a trainer in the BPO industry handling communication skills/product training for new-hire classes.
- Graduate of any 4-year degree courses.
- Knowledgeable in adult learning principles and learning outcomes, TNA, RCA, ADDIE, and Facilitation.
**Salary**: Php28,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
