Training Services Coordinator

Job Description:
The Training Services Coordinator responsibilities include more than planning and coordinating staff training. Depending on the size and needs of the company, a Training Services Coordinator will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
1. Creates the training schedules, Track and create reports on the results of all trainings and maintain training records for the company.
2. Train new hires on fcompany policies and procedures and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
3. Coordinates with the Trainors regarding on the Training schedules
4. Leads generation for possible attendees for the trainings
5. Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
6. Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
7. Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house and Public training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
8. Handles inquiries regarding Public and Inhouse Trainings


Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, Commerce, Behavioral Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering, or any other courses and must have good to excellent communication skills
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Willing to work fully on site in Makati City
4. With own laptop
