Training Resource Coordinator

Job Description

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The Training Resource Coordinator will provide support to the day to day operation of the Training Department.
The role holder will assist in the delivery of its key objectives and will be involved in various projects across different departments which will be based on the departments operational needs

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Provide an efficient and timely service for the business, ensuring SLAs are met.
Deals with different departments to ensure all items needed for seamless execution of training is met.
Ensures that relevant admin tasks are completed on time
Run and communicates reports on training programs
Develop training materials, manuals and regulations.
Conduct and organize workshops and orientation programs for new recruits.
Prepare training expense reports and statements for accounts and/or departments.
Maintain and manage events and schedules calendar of the training department.
