Key Responsibilities: Analyzing end-to-end process flow to identify non-valuable activities, optimizing or re-engineering which can lead to significant cost reduction.Engaging all staff in quality improvement initiatives by enhancing their awareness of quality improvement methodologies (QC tools, Six Sigma, QES, etc.) and implementing Quality Circles.Participating in significant improvement projects as determined by management or clients.Demonstrating the capability to delight customers by focusing on their needs and ensuring that the customer perspective drives all value-added business activities.Using advanced statistical process control tools to monitor, analyze, and control process variation on key metrics impacting performance (Talk time, ACW, Hold, Number of escalations, Attrition, Absenteeism, etc).Skills Required: Value EngineeringDriving and consolidating improvement initiativesProcess controlPromoting quality awarenessCustomer orientation
