Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Course/s and/or PsychologyCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsProficient in MS and Learning Management System (LMS)Professional training certificate is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and execute training strategies and programsEvaluate individual and organizational development needsImplement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainingsAssess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunitiesOutsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and Learning and DevelopmentTrace budgets and negotiate contracts
