Training Officer

Roll-out of In-house Trainings and external training
- Monitor Online learning platforms
- Implement needed training programs needed by each department
- Outsource & coordinate with external training providers
- Regularly evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness
- Assist and conduct training programs
- Conducts regular training needs analysis
- Monitor corporate training budget & expenses
- Create and monitor training reports

**Qualifications**
- Preferably a graduate of Management, Communications, and Education courses
- Good spoken and written communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Excellent organization and people skills
- Background or experience in adult learning and/or training is an advantage
- At least 3 years experience in module design and content creation

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
