TRAINING OFFICER (1) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate Business Course, Psychology or related fieldCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methodsProficient in MS and Learning Management System (LMS)Professional training certificate is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and execute training strategies and programsEvaluate individual and organizational development needsImplement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online
training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning
opportunities.
- Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and Learning and
development.
-Trace budgets and negotiate contracts
SALARY RANGE: 16-18k
