Training Officer

Responsibilities:

Facilitate new hire onboarding, soft skills training, and other org-wide development training
Build training materials and other learning contents.
Administer learning management system.
Run leadership development training.
Identify development opportunities, and create impactful and meaningful learning sessions.
Coach/advise employees and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflict and seek workable solutions
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and various agencies at all levels of the organization
Commitment to lifelong learning through continual improvement, researching/studying disciplines relevant to this position"

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder
At least 2 years in Organization Development, Global Learning or Capability Development
Strong Facilitation Skills, High Interpersonal Skills & Instructional Designing
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
High creativity, critical thinker, can work independently with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work in Dumaguete
