Role of Talent Management Officer
Responsible for the development and implementation of the integrated talent management strategies (i.e. performance enablement, careers, and talent mobility) in close collaboration with HR Business Partners (HR Operations) and people leaders.
Works closely with HR Head in ensuring that we have the right talents, processes, systems, and culture to ensure that there is an environment where employees are highly engaged, their skilled are honed to improve performance, provided mobility opportunities and where the company has healthy pipeline of high-performing talents to meet its current and future strategic goals.
Refine company-wide Talent Management processes and approaches that will enable HR Operations to proactively manage the needs of our evolving talent.
Introduce/implement innovative and practical talent solutions that drive organizational excellence in FSD.
Creates insights and implements talent-related metrics to measure the success and impact of talent management on FSD's performance.
Partners with stakeholders to create impactful design and delivery of talent management initiatives (performance, careers, and talent mobility) for managers, employees, food handlers and zees.
Talent Management
Designs overall a strategic and organized approach to attracting, developing, and retaining critical/top talents aligned to its mission, vision, and growth agenda.
Learning and Org Dev't
Partners with the business leaders, zees and HR operations in diagnosing and creating solutions for business challenges including but not limited to capability dev't, engagement, processes improvement designs and ensures that there's a corresponding learning programs to address them in FSD University. Designs and implements change management and process improvement programs.
Performance Management
Works with leaders and HRBPs to ensure that individual and team goals are aligned to that of the organization. Monitors IDPs, reports progress and develops interventions to ensure the targets are met.
Data Intelligence
Data gathering, curation, in sighting and reporting including data gathering
systems and tools
CORE FUNCTIONS
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of accumulated experience in talent management, HR business partnering, training and organizational development in food industry setting.At least 3-5 years of experience in the development, improvement and implementation of organization development (OD) initiatives, focused on the organizations structure, job design and processes, and talent management system which typically covers the key aspects of an employee's life cycle: selection, development and succession.Extensive experience in solutions design and program/project management.
