Training Officer-Hybrid Set Up

Details of the offer

Conduct assessments to identify training needs within the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs and materials tailored to various employee levels and departmental needs.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and online.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Coordinate training schedules, manage logistics, and maintain records of training activities and participant progress.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and providing targeted development opportunities.
Ensure training programs comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is an advantage
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with online training platforms and tools is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
