Training Officer (Flash Home)

**Job description**:

- Assist supervisors in making training plans and collection and assessment of training needs of different departments training and follow-up on feedback after training.
- Responsible for contacting training institutes to arrange for external training.
- Evaluate training performance and provide training evaluation reports.
- Provide employee training information, collect training reports and summarize the report

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in various fields Related.
- Fresh graduate of Education course is welcome to apply.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of training.
- Good computer skills at Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Have expertise in training both internal and external procedures

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
