QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or any related course
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monitor all in-store training activities and trainee performance

Create training calendar
4.
Design, Create, and Revise program
5.
Facilitate Training Programs, Modules, and Materials
6.
Conducts Coaching and Mentoring
7.
Assist in strategic planning and implementation of programs based on trends and company needs
8.
Conducts Training Needs Analysis
9.
Assist in employee performance review 10.
Conduct store training audit
11.
Arrange and coordinate with third party training institute
12.
Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets trend.
13.
Support HR initiatives
14.
Compute for Training ROI

MONTHLY COMPENSATION: 22K - 27,500 plus COMMISSIONS/SERVICE CHARGE

**Salary**: Php22,000.00 - Php27,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
