Training Manager

Details of the offer

* Conducts annual training and development training needs assessment.
- Develops training and development programs for three (3) restaurant brands.
- Trains and coaches managers, supervisors, team leaders and others involved in employee development efforts.
- Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts with technical training providers and accreditations.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR department.
- Monitor employee performance and assist development of succession planning
*Conducts regular restaurant visits to validate training effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
