**Some of the things you'll be doing**
- Treat safety and environmental compliance as a top priority.
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of the company's training needs and objectives specifically for TOL.
- Maintain the training schedule, in liaison with Training Manager.
- Review and approve applicable training invoices.
- Assist with collating the applicable training costs/statistics - budget monitoring, performance against KPIs for inclusion in the office monthly management report.
- Act on behalf of Lead, Training Shuttle in his absence.
- Monitor DP related training.
- Make all arrangements in connection with courses (enrolment, travel, hotel, information etc).
- Follow up on training courses in connection with various projects and oilfields.
- Provide appropriate personnel information into OCS, in respect of personnel, and training matters.
- Ensure relevant scanned documents are entered into the personnel system (OCS).
- Responsible for Seagull Shuttle database (adding and updating crew, support to vessels etc) - integration into OCS.
- Point of contact for "After Office Hours" for training matters.
- Assist Lead, Training Shuttle with Shuttle Cadet program (Deck, Engine and Electro) in the Philippines.
- Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
- Assist in the identification, planning and arrangement of cadets' training needs.
- Maintain the cadets' activities and training plan in liaison with Training Manager.
- Process and approve applicable training invoices, in liaison with Cadet Coordinator and Training Manager.
- Scan and upload to Adonis/OCS relevant cadets training documents and/or certificates.
- Assisting with preparation of cadets' annual training budget, also making recommendations and collating information.
- Act on behalf of manager in his absence.
- Point of contact for (After Office Hours) for cadets' shipboard/training matters.
**What we are looking for**
- Ability to respond positively to employees and customers in an effective manner.
- Knowledge and experience in the marine industry with particular emphasis on Marine HR activities.
- Demonstrates teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience from HR in general, and training in special.
- Fluent English language, both oral and written.
