Training Associate

The Training Associate shall be the Focal Person for all External Training-related activities of all Department.
- Coordinate with the training coordinators the training Programs of each department
- Collect all the training programs from each department
- Monitor all training calendars
- Document and process Budget requests for all external training expenses.
- Ensure that all external training schedules are well communicated to training coordinators
- Ensure that all training is scheduled and a calendar invite has been created.
- Monitor attendees on the actual external training.
The attendance Sheet shall be properly documented.
- Create and monitor assessment of employees' learning to the training.
- Monitor and evaluate all External trainings.
Prepare and print of external Speaker Certificate
- Assist employee engagement activities as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
