Training Associate

1.
Create training materials, manuals, infographics, presentations, and exercises to facilitate learning.
2.
Conduct training sessions in person or virtually for employees or clients.
3.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
4.
Format documents, proofread materials, and ensure they are ready for distribution or use in training sessions.
5.
Contribute to the planning and execution of special projects or initiatives as needed.
6.
Utilize various instructional techniques and adult learning principles to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
Salary ranges from Php 17,000 to Php 30,000
