Under the direct supervision ofthe Director for Human Resources/Training Manager, the Training Assistant is responsible for enhancing staff skills and knowledgethrough effective training and development programs. This includes clerical and administrative duties related to training delivery.The role also involves conducting training sessions and coordinating with external resources to ensure high-quality training. Thegoal is to foster a continuous learning environment that supports employee growth and service excellence.
Deliver high-quality training services that meet the needs and
expectations of guests and team members. Continuously improve training programs to enhance employee
satisfaction and performance. Perform administrative tasks related to training and development
programs, such as record-keeping, scheduling, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance
and outcomes. Schedule and organize training events with minimal disruption to
resort operations. Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using various
instructional techniques. Assist in conducting assessments to identify training needs within the
organization. Support the HR department with additional duties as required. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business or related course 2 years experience as a Trainer in a 4-5 start luxury hotel Good organizational skills; Outgoing and Influential behavior Proficiency in creating posters and graphic designs Proficient in using and navigating MS Suites #J-18808-Ljbffr
