**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- This position will be focused on ensuring that various training activities will be documented, encoded into the LMS system, and properly recorded and reported.
- Will coordinate with multi-department doing coordination and follow-through, data review and clean-up, data uploading, and updating, and data downloading for reporting.
- The person responsible will also provide administrative support to the L&D team in terms of assigning skillsoft licenses as well as monitoring the budget, facilitating the processing of MFAIs and RFPs.
- Ordering and receiving food and drinks for Reliance-Based face-to-face training programs.
**Job Qualifications**:

- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with 1 year experience as secretary/admin assistant
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications especially Excel Functions (Vlookup, Index, Match, Etc.)
- Willing/Able to Work Daily Onsite
- Highly Organized
- Generally Polite and Agreeable Disposition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to Php18,000.00 per month

- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
