**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- Relevant work experience (at least one year of office experience) (E)
- Excellent in using essential office documentation software (Microsoft Office, WPS, Google Essentials).
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with or willingness to learn how to use webinar software and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
- Efficient and organized with good attention to detail.
**JOB EXPERTISE**:

- Experience in organizing and coordinating training events such as seminars, workshops or conferences.
- Knowledge of/interest in designing instructional materials and job aids.
- IELTS/TOEFL Training Certification or equivalent experience in the BPO industry (voice).
- Experience in creating digital content, graphics and videos
- Knowledge of/interest in designing instructional materials and job aids.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing and/or procurement

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Coordinate training schedules for all trainees, track and create training reports on rosters and outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the department.
- Assists Training Officers and/or Training Managers facilitate in-person or online roadshows and promotions of training events.
- Gather and evaluate information from training participants and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
- Inform and update enrollees on scheduled training and track their progress.
Helps trainers facilitate parts of training when necessary.
- Report system and platform issues related to training management.
- Manage stakeholder requests and timely attend to their concerns and enquiries.
- Co-facilitate classes and lead training sessions when deputized.
- Flexible to perform other training operational and administrative adhoc tasks assigned by the Training Manager (or up).
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
