JOB SUMMARY
The Training and Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to improve employee skills and organizational performance. This role includes managing training logistics, conducting both in-person and virtual sessions, and overseeing employee development processes like promotions and performance improvement plans. The specialist will also organize employee engagement activities and support company-wide events, ensuring that training and development initiatives align with business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or any related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or organizational development roles.Willing to be assigned in Makati. SKILLS Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual training.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and support organizational development initiatives.Knowledge of employee performance management processes and HR best practices.
Rate: 17,000-23,000


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
