Responsible for planning, organizing and leading training programs within their organization.
He/she may also be tasked with developing curriculum, creating instructional materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
- Identifying training needs and providing recommendations on programs and activities with strong collaboration with the Department Heads/Stakeholders;
- Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements/modifications and provide expertise in the development of training design/structure to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of employee and the organization, or the industry;
- Designing and administering training programs;
- Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective;
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry;
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve;
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions;
- Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs;
- Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget;
- Prepares and implements training budget;
- Maintaining records and providing participants with feedback;
- Collecting surveys from training participants to study areas of improvement and other recommendations;
- Guiding managers and supervisors in developing training skills;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's/ College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in the field of Learning/Training and Development
- Strong Knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
