Job Description What you will do:
. Perform data entry, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers in the
United Kingdom, building rapport and establishing clear channels of
communication and engagement
. Monitor emails and other communication channels, responding appropriately or
forwarding emails in a timely and effective manner
. Facilitate training records, monitoring and working with new employees to
ensure they meet their training requirements
. Create brand awareness, positioning InHealth as an employer of choice
What you are responsible for:
. Providing full administrative support
. Collate and maintain accurate records of candidates, probation and training
document status
. Knowing and understanding InHealth training and probation requirements and
ensuring legislative requirements are met

. Dealing with direct enquiries from InHealth Team, candidates and new
employees in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of
information and prioritisation of queries as appropriate
. Assisting in the completion of month end administrative procedures
. Participating in audits, personal development and team meetings
. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
. Complying with ISO standards in respect of information security management

Qualifications: You will:
. Be skilled at administration processes and proficient with Microsoft packages
. Be experienced in dealing with people and know how to handle their queries
effectively and sensitively
. Conduct yourself in a professional manner with excellent phone and email
etiquette
. Have good listening skills with an ability to present information logically
. Be able to demonstrate an appreciation of confidentiality and discretion
. Understand data protection and its importance in the workplace
. Have a proven level of accuracy and attention to detail
. Be flexible in your working patterns to fulfil requirements and be willing to adjust
these at short notice to accommodate unexpected changes
You have experience of:
. Using Microsoft packages and other IT systems
. Working independently and as part of a wider team
. Using effective communication skills with candidates, InHealth team and
agencies
. Working with multi-skilled colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
