QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, and any related course
Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience
Training: 16 hours of training relevant to the job

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Conducts Competency Assessment and Training Needs Analysis to identify the appropriate learning programs and address the competency gaps of the employees;
2. Develops training modules and designs suitable training programs as identified from the training needs analysis;
3. Conducts and facilitates trainings, seminars, and orientations;
4. Designs appropriate matrices, templates, and questionnaires for data collection;
5. Performs data analysis of Post Training Evaluation results to measure the effectiveness of the training programs and develop sound recommendations for improvement;
6. Develops tools and assessment strategies in evaluating the effectiveness of the development programs;
7. Conducts research and/or benchmark on the current trends on learning intervention/evaluation approaches to maintain knowledge of resources available for training topics;
8. Creates an annual training calendar/plan and oversees the implementation of the activities in the calendar;
9. Monitors all the phases and progress of the training program implementation in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and timeframe;
10. Maintains a network of training facilitators/providers, resource person, and institutions; and builds networks with a range of reputable training providers in areas of leadership, management, other key organizational learning, and technical skill enhancements;
11. Records, collates, and retains training management information to demonstrate progress against KPIs and departmental goals and objectives;
12. Plans and executes thoroughly the operational and logistical requirements of a learning activity within timeline;
13. Implements contingency plans/actions to address critical situations during the training program; and
14. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
