Work Schedule: Weekends Off (Mid Shift)

Work Set Up: Work On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree holder.
*At least 5 years of experience in Training and Development wherein 2 years is in BPO Company
*At least 3 years of experience in People Management
*Amenable to work in a mid shift working schedule
*Amenable to work on site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Analysis of training needs and performance patterns.
*Put into practice the training program, approach/methodology, content/learning materials, design/development (where required), and assessment processes.
*Creates, evaluates, and provides Operation Leads and/or Clients with necessary training reports.
*Continues to gather and monitor pertinent training data.
*Helps with team-specific reporting tasks.
