What we're looking for:

- At least 2-3 years as supporting a Tech/TSR account as a BPO Trainer
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Products like Outlook, EXO, Teams, SharePoint, Share drive/OneDrive
- Curriculum Design and Development experience
- Displays pleasant nature with a receptive attitude in order to reflect the true essence of
Customer Service - Lead by Example
