Trainer - Passenger Handling

The Trainer is responsible for organizing and exhibiting mastery of the in-house training and development courseware, complete with training and learning resources, materials, and tools in order to achieve and improve employee training and performance.
The incumbent shall be responsible for creating and conducting trainings aligned to the requirements of the job functions and/or special requirements of the airline clients.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder
- At least two (2) years of working experience in training facilitation, preferably with exposure in training and development role
- Aviation background is an advantage
- Has extensive knowledge in training, design, facilitation, and evaluation
- Can demonstrate attention to detail, observation spirit, and with excellent communication and interaction skills
- Has a strong ability to coach and motivate people.
