Trainer

Responsibilities: Work with managers to determine training needs.Develop curriculum and design training courses.Creating learning experiences that engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes.Administer training for designated customer groups with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital training.Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required.Evaluate success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and transfer of knowledge to continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs.Maintain and ensure that all training and programs are compliant with laws and regulations governing the industry.Recommends management strategies to administration that are targeted for specific departments with the goal of increasing efficiency and effectiveness and generating increased revenues.Develops reports that document job performances of all personnel.Utilize a variety of techniques, concepts and development and delivery of training programs and strategies.Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and company-wide strategyPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications: Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional softwareStrong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projectsGood interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of managementAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyExcellent leadership, team building, and management skillsEncouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and leadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
