Responsibilities: Execute training across different mediums: in-classroom and eLearning Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities for new hires as well as current employees of the company; Lead in-classroom training for new hires Conduct 1-1s with new hires to provide performance feedback and address any training gaps Assist in the development of learning curricula Monitor linkage between curriculum and improved learner job performance Proactive in mastering skills across different teams Create and maintain single source of truth documentation - workflow processes and standards that efficiently moves training assets through the design and development lifecycle. Align and/or develop global processes or workflows the ensure consistency, streamlined efforts, and operational excellence. Review training materials to ensure that they are clear, effective, engaging and scalable learner experiences. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process, knowledge and communication improvements. Manage course translation and localization processes Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2-year experience in training in the BPO. Self-directed and takes initiative in tackling problems big and small. Excellent team player with experience working cross-collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Experience in education, learning & development, training, instructional design desired. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or similar systems is advantage. Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles. Proven ability to master the full training cycle. Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences. Proficiency in MS Office and in database software. Communicate with stakeholders and ensure team learning solutions are discoverable, accessible and effective. Work Arrangement: Onsite; Shifting
