Salary: 35,000- 70,000 PHP/ month
Job Description: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in the following areas: a. Dental Anatomy
b. Dental Procedures
c. Dental Billing
d. Insurance Verification
e. Dental Billing Software
f. Dental Insurance and Revenue Cycle Management
Evaluate trainees' performance and give feedback based on learning outcomes Create training modules such as PDFs, videos, and presentations Assist in running different training programs in the dental billing department Assist learners with hands-on activities with different dental billing software Minimum Qualifications: Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilitiesWork collaboratively as a team playerCommunicate transparently with trainees and team members, providing clear and honest feedback.Adjust quickly to changes in technology, procedures, and departmental needs.Actively pursue new learning opportunities to remain informed about the latest developments and best practices in the field.
