Job Description: Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Conducts the necessary training to all associates within the organization
• Apply communications and training techniques to facilitate the appropriate use of knowledge resources in the company's business activities by coordinating and/or facilitating end-user learning sessions.
• Maintain a relevant repository of re-usable communication and training material
• Identify, coordinate and implement initiatives related to learning/knowledge and ongoing floor support
• Performs Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the Client
• Participates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management team
• Ensure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques and standards are being utilized to meet requirements and needs
• Identify, coordinate and implement initiatives related to learning/knowledge and ongoing floor support
• Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policies
• Perform other projects and duties as required
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Location: Market! Market! Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Experience:
• Trainer: 2 years (Preferred)
• BPO: 2 years (Preferred)
Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, and/or college level
• Candidate must have one to two years of experience in healthcare account and Trainer role
• Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work on-site in Market! Market! BGC
