: Trainer – Brighter PRO *Cebu Based (VisMin Coverage) Job Summary: The position is responsible for the quality execution (design & delivery) of advanced training programs to the distribution channels.
The trainer will also coordinate directly with the local-based CH/RSM and train the trainers.
Major Accountabilities: Delivery of Training Courses: 1)Recruitment & Pre-Coding Courses (IC Review, SLTC)
2) Tenured Advisor Trainings (Business Segment Partner, TVM, Estate Planning, Financial Planning Learning Champions, Strong Habits, Heart of a Champion, Digital Champions, Sun Business Solutions)
2) Open class courses: (Underwriting; Persistency 101; Claims; Digital SUN; Group Life, Sunny Level-Up)
3) MDRT & Macaulay Exclusive Programs
4) Product-rollouts
5) Other DLD-related Advisor Development Initiatives
Training Needs Analysis Coordinate with Instructional Design & Devt, Cluster Management and DBD on advance training roadmap & continuing education courses required by agency & other channels. Evaluate and roll-out external training programs for advisors (i.e. stand alone courses, designation programs). Training logistics and records management Manage logistics such as training calendar & pre-registration; venue, equipment and training materials; training budget; attendance database; post-course evaluation; and others that DLD might require to align with basic policies and procedures.
Coordinate/align schedules with Cluster Management's initiatives: teambuilding/meeting/learning sessions; project/product-related training (Rookie/Tenured Clinics, H&A, project/new products, PRAXIS/FP sessions; skill-building (drills/role-playing)
Participation in agency activities Participate in initiatives that support DLD and Sales Department objectives, such as but not limited to:
1) Training events for advisors (e.g. Producer's Congress, Macaulay and MDRT Programs)
2) Alignment of training roadmap, process and tools to agency fundamentals
3) Must be able to lead, organize, and deliver assigned DLD exclusive programs.
Preferred Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation/platform skills. Creative and capable of working under minimal supervision. Proficient in the use of MS Office applications. Ability to design and edit infographics, art cards and videos Driving skills. Willing to travel. Qualifications: College graduate of any Business/Behavioral Science related course. With 3-5 years' experience gained as a trainer in a financial, pre-need/life insurance or mutual fund company.
