About the Job: As a Trainer, you will create and deliver training programs to help customer service agents excel in supporting healthcare clients. This involves conducting individual and group sessions, evaluating performance, and providing feedback. You'll also collaborate with management to enhance the training curriculum, track training activities, and stay updated on industry trends. Scope & Responsibilities: Developing and delivering engaging training programs to equip customer service agents with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional support to our healthcare clientsConducting one-on-one and group training sessions on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and company policies and proceduresMonitoring and evaluating the performance of trainees, providing feedback and coaching to help them improveCollaborating with the management team to identify training needs and continuously enhance the training curriculumMaintaining accurate records of training activities and evaluating the effectiveness of training programsStaying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training contentRequired Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service training roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage with diverse teamsExcellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to create and deliver dynamic training sessionsAdaptability and the ability to quickly learn and apply new information About the Client: Our client is renowned globally for its comprehensive voice and non-voice services.
