Meet the team: The Finance Business Process Management team is composed of highly engaged team members coming from different walks of life bringing in their own set of expertise allowing everyone to bring their best to support the Finance GBS operations. As a Trainer 2, you will be a key member of the team supporting the Staff Development of the Finance Team.
Where you come in: Work with department managers and analyze training data to identify training needs, develop customized training solutions and provide training outcomes and areas for improvement. Develop and administer assessment to measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention. You will coordinate approval and completion of external training request and ensure external training requests are within allowable budget for the tower. You will assist in the new hire onboarding creating their onboarding packet which includes their training plan, key contacts, securing goal setting was set by the hiring manager, and the corresponding 3rd month and 5th month review have been scheduled and completed. You will also be responsible to conduct Finance Onboarding. You will design and develop training materials and resources for the different department based on their inputs. Update and improve existing training materials based on feedback and changing needs. Conduct training sessions in-person, virtually or via blended learning method and facilitate group trainings and workshops. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. What makes you successful: You have an experience in Training and Development or a related field. You have a strong presentation, facilitation, and analytical skills. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can work independently and as part of a team. You have a strong organizational and time management skills. Optional:
