As a trainer with us, you'll be instrumental in shaping the development and growth of our team members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge related to post-market surveillance in the medical device industry. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering training programs that enhance performance, foster innovation, and drive excellence across our organization. Where you come in:
Lead training sessions on receiving, processing, and analyzing product complaints, ensuring adherence to quality protocols and standards.
Guide trainees in evaluating complaints, documenting investigations, and discerning the necessity of reporting incidents to regulatory bodies.
Provide instruction on maintaining meticulous records of complaint investigations in compliance with global regulations, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
Collaborate in the creation and execution of training materials and procedures to bolster quality assurance efforts and streamline departmental processes.
Facilitate training sessions on audit preparation and execution for internal, external, and third-party audits, including instruction on data entry and administrative responsibilities.
Offer mentorship and support to trainees, fostering their development and confidence in handling quality-related tasks effectively.
Continuously assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum comprehension and retention among trainees.
Serve as a resource for ongoing learning and development, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory updates to enhance training curriculum relevance.

In-depth knowledge and expertise in post-market surveillance, with a specific focus on medical devices confer a distinct advantage.

Possess foundational proficiency in essential computer software, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
Prior exposure to or familiarity with diabetes and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology is preferred.
Acquire intermediate proficiency in specialized software like MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, augmenting your skill set for enhanced training delivery.
Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to learning, staying current with technological advancements and industry best practices to enrich training content and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive training environment, encouraging engagement and knowledge-sharing among trainees for optimal learning outcomes.
