Meet the team: Our Technical Support Training Team supports one of the largest functions in Dexcom. The training team is a group of skilled professionals dedicated to deliver Process Training for new and existing products and markets. Our team is committed to support Dexcom in reaching more customers across the globe and empower more customers take control of their health.
Where you come in: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: 
You will conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on specific processes and systems, new products, and new markets.
You will introduce Dexcom's culture and values to new hires and reinforce these principles through ongoing training sessions.
You will stay informed on any changes or updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date training delivery.
You will provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and application of processes.
You will offer valuable insights for and assist in updating the information in the knowledge base.
What makes you successful: Demonstrated ability to implement training and application strategies, convert these into actual application, and deliver results
Demonstrated ability in coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
Demonstrated understanding of related aspects of training processes and/or systems
Proven business acumen and working knowledge of a dynamic medical device market environment
Ability to communicate complex information internally and externally with diplomacy & clarity
Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others
Fluent in English with the ability to confidently convey complex information in a manner that meets the needs of the audience.
