Job DescriptionOVERVIEW: As the Trading Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day communications for the entire Support process from initial query to resolution for our B2B clients.
THE CHALLENGE: To ensure that trading related customer queries are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner and to the highest possible standard.Provide ongoing QA of the Support process to management.Regular liaison with the Trading Services department to ensure best practice is achieved at all times – report key issues and product extensions to drive improvement in the pre-match and MTS products.Liaising with traders across our global offices to ensure client queries are answered in a timely manner – build an in-depth knowledge of different team's responsibilities.Escalation of internal/external technical issues and following this throughout its life-cycle.Supporting the Daily Risk and Odds Management of our Trading Products.
