DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing prioritiesDeveloping and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budgetDeveloping of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing, conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brandsFinds the promotional regions' strong and weak points and suggests improvements to performanceAnalyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affect company objectivesEnsures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials and needsVisiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respectedUse market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of our audiences and effectiveness of our campaignsGather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads KEY RESULTS REQUIRED Customer attrition rate low and retention rate highSales Revenue (target vs. achieve)Customer Acquisition Cost (total sales & marketing investment vs. no. of customer acquired)Average order value (AOV)Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) - ex. Php 100 earning for every Php 50 spent on advertising campaign, meaning ROAS is 100:50. EDUCATION AND TRAININGS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fieldAt least 5 years' experience in Trade MarketingProven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Must have strong communication & interpersonal skillsMust have strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical dataCreative thinker and proactive problem solverStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsExcellent understanding of subscriptions marketing including retention, acquisition, in life marketingBusiness savvy with strong analytical skillsSolid customer-service attitude
