**Trade Marketing Specialist**
About the role:
- Overall lead for managing and growing the distributors business in assigned area.
- Main Liaison between the company and all managed distributors / accounts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver sales and distribution target as aligned with the total company direction and strategies.
- Lead his/her team in growing the business in assigned area by optimizing current coverage while expanding distribution base and product availability including listing of new SKU's and product portfolio management.
- Lead periodic business review with the company and the distributor through effective business performance analysis.
- Provide intelligence on new servings offerings, competitive activities and changing business environment to be used as basis for channel development programs.
Account Management
- Coordinate with the logistic department to ensure proper order processing and timely deliveries.
- Oversee the performance of the distributors to achieve penetration and sales objectives.
- Manage sales people with varying levels of experience as well as overseeing his/her distributors operation.
- Manage accounts receivables, daily sales, outstanding target, daily field work routine and call procedures.
Trade programmanagement
- Liaise and negotiate with the accounts to execute marketing and trade programs and correct pricing.
- Develop merchandising development program.
- Effective deployment and implementation of merchandising materials.
- Analyze and present trade status, display information and recommendation to maximize sales and product visibility.
Qualification
- Has a minimum of 1 year to 2 years sales experience in consumer goods industry.
- Computer literate, MS office (especially power point and excel).
- Familiarity in account management concept and principles.

- Experience in managing distributors key accounts or modern trade channels are an advantage.
- Familiarity in assigned area
- Possesses network of potential distributors / key accounts / MTC
