The trade marketing officer main responsibility is to assist the National Trade Marketing Manager to grow the sales business by creatingand implementing appropriate training as well as supervise the trade marketing team and the merchandising team to ensure they willdevelop their management, merchandising and sales skills in accordance to the company's overall strategy. In addition, the TMO shouldbe able to craft and assist the team in preparing and executing appropriate promotions based on the actual need of the trade and boost thesell-out of the trade and achieve the company's desired sales target.Job Duties and TasksA. Assist the National Trade Marketing manager in formulating the annual training plan, implementing and conducting acomprehensive evaluation in accordance with the company's overall strategy. The TMO in cooperation with the NTM will havea dedicated training plans for TMM, Coordinator, Merchandiser for the whole year. The training will be based on theirrespective KRAs and KPIs and will have a quarterly and yearly detailed evaluation.B. Implement monthly training plans, improve trainees' management and sales skills, and achieve training result expectations. Monthly training includes regular field coaching/training to the team that includes sales negotiation, merchandising, people management and promo preparation and execution.C. Assist the National Trade Marketing Manager in developing relevant sales management tools and supervise the execution of each regional trade manager. the merchandising, promotions and cost-benefit analysis.. Develop training materials based on the actual sales scenarios of the trade, output to each region, and participate in regionaltraining. TMO responsibility includes regional training for Coordinators, Merchandisers and Distributor Personnel incollaboration with NTM, Trade Marketing Manager and Sales team. Develop and craft programs and promotions, training modules based on the actual needs of the region.E. Summarize and track changes in sales trainees result, review training effectiveness, and continuously improve trainingcapabilities. TMO to have a detailed evaluation and monitoring for all the trainees and provide action plan and provideadditional training to continue the improvement of the trainees.F. Directly reports to the National Trade Marketing Manager and implement other tasks assigned by him. TMO can haveadditional tasks based on the company's sales strategy.Salary: WORKING CONDITIONS: 30 % Office Based & 70% Field BasedJob Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree preferably Marketing, Business Administration or any related course-Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably with category experience in diaper business or any FMCG Market.COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS-With broad knowledge of the merchandising principles-Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point-Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, Power Point-Good presentation skills-Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and communication skills-Analytical Skills-Ability to manage people effectivelyPositions Supervised: Trade Marketing Manager, MDs, Coordinator, MD, Coordinator Organizational Interface: Brand, Trade Marketing, Sales, Logistics
