Trade Marketing Officer (Cebu) is Responsible for creative sales solutions specific to Delivery business through careful trading area analysis, strategic sales building initiatives, fit promotional programs, effective merchandising, innovative customer touch point activities; all of which should be consistent to the brand essence.
Responsible for the strategic planning, organizing, leading, and execution of local marketing activities for the assigned District and ensures that such programs contribute to the achievement of the set District sales/growth targets.
The position closely collaborates with Category and Channels Marketing and with the other Districts in planning and implementing such programs.
The role ensures that all District trade programs and efforts are aligned with Marketing & RBU strategies.
Defined as ensuring Always Great Execution of category and channel strategies linked to the customer journey to drive growth, win shares, and stay ahead of the competition by providing the best in customer store experience.
The position also ensures the compliance of all Trade Marketing efforts to the established marketing standards and policies.
The position may also be designated as the Overall Lead or SPOC to champion specific local marketing programs to ensure consistency across RBUs and further their development.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Marketing Management, Business Administration or any related course.
At least 2-3 years of work experience in Trade Marketing or Local Store Marketing.
Must have project management skills.
Must be willing to be based in Cebu.
