DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
? Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
? Developing of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing, conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brands
? Finds the promotional regions' strong and weak points and suggests improvements to performance
? Analyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affect company objectives
? Ensures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials and needs
? Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
? Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of our audiences and effectiveness of our campaigns
? Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
? Customer attrition rate low and retention rate high
? Sales Revenue (target vs. achieve)
? Customer Acquisition Cost (total sales & marketing investment vs. no. of customer acquired)
? Average order value (AOV)
? Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) - ex. Php 100 earning for every Php 50 spent on advertising campaign, meaning ROAS is 100:50.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND TRAININGS
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
? At least 5 years' experience in Trade Marketing
? Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms

? Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
? Must have strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data

? Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

SALARY RANGE: 25,000 – 30,000.00
