DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-
store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing
objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
• Developing of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing,
conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brands
• Finds the promotional regions' strong and weak points and suggests improvements to
performance
• Analyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affect
company objectives
• Ensures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials and
needs
• Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are
respected
• Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of our
audiences and effectiveness of our campaigns
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer
conversions, and generate more qualified leads
• Customer attrition rate low and retention rate high
• Sales Revenue (target vs. achieve)
• Customer Acquisition Cost (total sales & marketing investment vs. no. of customer acquired)
• Average order value (AOV)
• Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) - ex. Php 100 earning for every Php 50 spent on
advertising campaign, meaning ROAS is 100:50.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 5 years' experience in Trade Marketing
• Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
