DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESImproving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing prioritiesDeveloping and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketingobjectives and managing the Trade Marketing budgetDeveloping of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing,conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brandsFinds the promotional regions' strong and weak points and suggests improvements toperformanceAnalyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affectcompany objectivesEnsures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials andneedsVisiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines arerespectedUse market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of ouraudiences and effectiveness of our campaignsGather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customerconversions, and generate more qualified leadsCustomer attrition rate low and retention rate highSales Revenue (target vs. achieve)Customer Acquisition Cost (total sales & marketing investment vs. no. of customer acquired)Average order value (AOV)Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) - ex.
