Trade Marketing Associate (Rigoy Bicol)

Job Purpose: Responsible for Quality and Food Safety Assurance of Raw and Packaging
Materials, and Tolled Products thru aggressive Accreditation and Re-accreditation audits. She
or he is also responsible on other external QA matters, like handling product complaints,
export requirements, and training and audit of GWP compliance of distributors and trade
markets.
? To ensure the achievement of the LFC objectives by monitoring Merchandisers performance on ground
sales and effective & efficient customer relations.
? To monitor Merchandisers on proper training of LFC products, promotions and demand creation to
outlets so as to contribute to the overall sales/profitability of LFC products.
? Responsible for making sure that the elements of effective merchandising are being followed by
merchandising agency.
? Support LFC Sales and Marketing in outlets in dealings such as the following:
1. Requesting for increase in facing and display space provided by outlets to LFC.
2. Assist in negotiation from Outlets in behalf of LFC regarding merchandising requirements.
? Monitor cost management of Netcorp - LFC Merchandisers expenses and inform them on questionable
expenses that exceed budget set.

Supplier, Toller, Trade Quality Compliance
a. 100% Accreditation/Re-Accreditation Audit based on plan
b. 100% Quality Performance of Delivery (RMPM and Tolled Products)



EDUCATION AND TRAININGS

? Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and or any business-related course
? 2+ years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

? Strong sense of ownership, Strong Analytical Skills, Detail oriented, Highly Organized, Ability
to meet deadlines, Versatile, Honest, and Hardworking. Basically, has the CITES.

Salary: P17K - 22K
