Trade Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Trade Marketing department runs smoothly.
- Responsible for the management of trade which provides synergy among sales, Brand Department, and Trade partners at the National level.
- Ensures all trade activities are known and calendar according to importance and effectiveness.
- Assists in conceptualizing brand-initiated activities.
- Provides brand-necessary market/channel information for brand-building activities.
- Provides a post-evaluation report of trade activities using consumer feedback.
- Responsible in doing a trade check to ensure activity implementation.
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Business, Marketing or equivalent
- At least one year of working experience in FMCG is preferred for this position, though candidates with minimal exposure to the relevant field will also be considered.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools.
