Trade Marketing Associate

-Works with the Marketing team and the TMO to formulate and recommend awareness and sales generating marketing programs.-Ensures all marketing programs are implemented following the marketing guidelines and policy at the store-level.-Assists with OOH marketing effort, primarily through the installation of signages and banners, and by negotiating the terms for the same. This includes dealing with LGU's homeowners and TODA's.-Conducts regular site visits to assess and evaluate instore and trade area activities and/or developments.-Recommends ways to gather market and customer data-Reports on program and promo performance.-Works closely with the Multimedia Artist to ensure all stores are complying with the established marketing display guidelines.-Provides inputs on external awareness assets and/or platforms that the brand can maximize including but not limited to directional signages, transport and residential banners, local store flyering, digital etc.-Prepares, submits and presents weekly and monthly performance monitoring report for total Trade Marketing.
