Trade Marketing Assistant (Merchandisers & Promotions) supports the trade marketing team in executing initiatives
to influence purchase decisions by showcasing products in an appealing and strategic manner, training
merchandisers on product knowledge, drive sales through well-executed strategies and represent brands via proper
promotions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of trade marketing campaigns and promotions to enhance sales
performance.
Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities.Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.Provide training to third-party agencies on fundamental product knowledge.Foster and maintain relationships with retail partners and sales teams to improve product visibility and
collaboration.
• Assist in tracking and reporting the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, recommending adjustments as
necessary.
Support the tracking and management of the budget for trade marketing activities.Execute administrative tasks associated with trade marketing, including processing marketing claims. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong strategic thinking, project management, and leadership abilities.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in analyzing data, trends, and market insights to inform decision-making.Highly organized with excellent time management skills.Capable of working effectively within a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Skilled in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).Experience in the FMCG/Retail sector is a plus.Proficiency in MS OfficeFlexible and willing to work onsite and adapt to a shifting schedule.
